Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, you must provide:

  • An unboxing video without pauses showing the product's condition upon arrival
  • Clear proof of any damages or defects
  • Evidence that the product remains unused and in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for natural variations in materials, including wood grain patterns, color variations, or minor imperfections that are characteristic of natural materials.

Return Process

  • All return requests are subject to D4Drift's approval and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • In some cases, we may issue refunds without requiring the product to be returned, at our sole discretion
  • If a return is approved, you must ship the product within 2 days of receiving it
  • Proof of shipment must be submitted within 2 days of shipping the return
