Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, you must provide:
- An unboxing video without pauses showing the product's condition upon arrival
- Clear proof of any damages or defects
- Evidence that the product remains unused and in its original condition
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for natural variations in materials, including wood grain patterns, color variations, or minor imperfections that are characteristic of natural materials.
Return Process
- All return requests are subject to D4Drift's approval and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- In some cases, we may issue refunds without requiring the product to be returned, at our sole discretion
- If a return is approved, you must ship the product within 2 days of receiving it
- Proof of shipment must be submitted within 2 days of shipping the return
